Lv.2

White-Yellow

You are mastering the fundamentals: stance, movement, the ability to fall safely. Your body is already stronger than someone who has never stepped on the mat — push-ups, jump rope, pull-ups have become routine. First throws, first ground positions, transitions between them, and control — the foundation on which everything else is built.
