Entry level of the Combat section. Body strikes allowed standing only; on the ground no strikes at all. For grapplers who want contact without the risk of head trauma.

No strikes on the ground — neither body nor head
No head strikes anywhere
Submissions limited — up to the straight arm (no knee or shoulder locks)
No throws from the knees and no throws over the head
Limited grappling arsenal
Admission rule applies (blue belt+ in BJJ / Judo and CMS+ in Sambo — not default-admitted)
